Step One - Have all your documents ready in order to upload to our secure site.  Once you have all your documents, click here to schedule your virtual appointment.

Step Two - Once we receive your appointment, we will email you confirmation and a link in order for you to register to our new site to upload your tax documents.  Please make sure you provide us with a good email and phone number, so we are able to contact you.

Step Three - Once registered to our site, you can now began uploading all your tax documents, so we are able to properly prepare your taxes.  You are able to upload your documents at any time and do not need to wait for your scheduled appointment.  The sooner the better, that way we can start preparing your tax return prior to our appointment.

Step Four - Prior to preparing your taxes, an invoice for payment will be sent with our base fee amount.  Based on the documents uploaded, we will provide our tax prep fee payment link via text message or email.  All virtual appointments receive a $10 discount.

Step Five - Once payment is received, we will begin working on your taxes.  Decide whether or not you would like to have a virtual conference where we can see each other or just a phone call during your scheduled time. We will finalize your tax return at this time.
