Let us know when you plan to drop off your tax documents. Payment for tax prep will be required at time of drop off.
Cancellation Policy
Deposit is nonrefundable but will be applied to your tax prep fee. In the event you need to cancel, cancellation must be at least 24 hours prior to appointment time in order for the initial deposit to be applied to your tax prep fee. You will not need to pay another deposit. However, same day cancellations will result in forfeiture of deposit and will not be applied to tax prep fee. You will need to schedule another appointment and pay the deposit again. Deposit does not carry over to following year. Fee represents maximum amount you can pay but does not necessarily mean the fee will be that. Fee will be adjusted at time of appointment
