Only Speedy Tax customers may be eligible.
 

All contestants must be paid customers, meaning they have fully paid for their completed tax return and are not waiting to pay out of a possible refund or pending check.
 

Winner must present a valid U.S. government picture ID to claim any prize, (example: non-expired drivers license, passport, or valid military ID.) Any or all School ID’s will NOT be accepted.
 

Every client that has paid for their tax return in accordance with rule 2, will be given credit to have one ticket entered in the drawing to win the PS5 (and runner up prizes).
 

Per Rules 1 & 2, Clients may acquire additional ticket entries by either purchasing tickets at $1 per ticket or receive 5 tickets for every referral that files with speedy Tax before the deadline and said referral has paid in accordance with rule 2.
 

All contest winners will be contacted by phone according to the phone number they have on file, on the day of the drawing and have 24 hours to reply to schedule the pickup of their prize.
 

If the first selected winner of the drawing has not replied within 24 hours of being contacted, the runner up will be contacted and given 24 hours to respond to claim their prize.
 

If either the first selected client or the runner up fails to respond within 24 hours of being contacted, a second drawing will take place the following business day in accordance with rules 4 & 5. This process will repeat until a winner responds within the 24-hour timeframe.
 

Any winner who fails to respond within 24 hours to claim their prize will automatically forfeit their prize and it will shift to the runner up who had their ticket selected immediately prior. The original winner whom had their ticket drawn and did not respond within 24 hours from notification will have any and all remaining tickets voided upon subsequent drawings within that same tax season.
 

The grand prize contest winner agrees to take a photo and record a promotional video at speedy-tax and consents to allow both to be used as contest verification and for the purpose of future promotions.
 

The contest winner is not allowed to wear a mask or disguise of any kind to cover their face when being photographed and filmed for promotional purposes when they are receiving the grand prize Playstation 5 (Example: No sunglasses, or excessive hair may be used to cover the winner’s face when taking the photo.)
 

Failure to comply with any of the above rules will result in an automatic forfeiture of the prize won and will trigger the runner up to be the new 1st place contestant a new drawing where previous selected client’s tickets will be voided.
